Smell4u operates this store and website, powered by Shopify, to sell fragrance and related products to customers in India and internationally. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.
2. Eligibility

3. Products and Pricing
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice. Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, or a pricing error.
4. Orders and Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product unavailability or errors in pricing. By submitting your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable amount. We accept all payment methods listed at checkout, including Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Delivery timelines depend on your location and the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at info.smell4u@gmail.com.
6. Returns and Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos or video at info.smell4u@gmail.com. We do not accept returns for change of mind. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or via bank transfer for COD orders.
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, an order cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately with your order details at info.smell4u@gmail.com.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions is the property of Smell4u or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our prior written consent.
