Shipping policy

At Smell4u, we aim to deliver your order as quickly and safely as possible. Please read this Shipping Policy to understand how we process and deliver your orders across India.


1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24–48 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been dispatched along with a tracking number.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Charges

Free shipping is available on all orders across India.

No minimum order value is required to avail free shipping. The shipping charge displayed at checkout (if any) will always reflect the final applicable amount.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location:

Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata) — 2–4 business days.

Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities — 4–7 business days.

Remote or rural areas — 7–10 business days.

These are estimated timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

4. Courier Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners including Shiprocket, Delhivery, Bluedart, Xpressbees, and DTDC. The courier partner assigned to your order depends on your delivery location and availability.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to track your shipment in real time. If you have not received tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please contact us at info.smell4u@gmail.com.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery across most pin codes in India. COD availability will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. COD orders may take an additional 24 hours to process.

7. Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of placing your order. Smell4u is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us immediately at info.smell4u@gmail.com before the order is dispatched. Address changes cannot be made once the order has shipped.

8. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to the customer being unavailable, an incorrect address, or refusal to accept the package, the courier will typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. After that, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply and COD orders that are returned will not be eligible for a refund of any shipping costs incurred.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at info.smell4u@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos or videos. We will investigate and work with the courier to resolve the issue promptly. Replacements or refunds for lost or damaged shipments will be handled as per our Return & Refund Policy.

10. Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Smell4u is not liable for delays caused by:

— Courier or logistics partner delays.

— Natural disasters, weather events, or force majeure.

— Public holidays or regional disruptions.

— Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer.

11. Serviceability

We currently ship to most pin codes across India. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified at checkout. For any queries regarding delivery to your location, please contact us at info.smell4u@gmail.com.
